1. Acceptance of Architecture

By routing data into the Blue Grid Technologies infrastructure or utilizing our hardware portals, establishing a connection confirms the enterprise explicitly binds themselves to the SLAs written herein. All software and hardware access remains governed under Blue Grid Technologies unified agreements.

2. Service Level Guarantees (SLA)

Blue Grid Technologies enforces a technical objective of 99.9% uptime on designated hypervisor machines and routing paths. Exceptions are drawn against pre-communicated maintenance windows, BGP propagation delays external to Blue Grid Technologies borders, or massive anomalous DDoS forces beyond commercial mitigation scopes.

3. Acceptable Hardware Usage

No Blue Grid Technologies provisioned asset (switch, server, firewall) may be utilized for generating malicious botnet traffic, unauthorized port scanning, hosting compromised firmware, or any activity compromising global subnet integrities. Blue Grid Technologies NOC ops maintain absolute kill-switch authority.

4. Commercial Liability Constraints

Under zero circumstances shall Blue Grid Technologies be penalized for cascade data loss, unrealized commercial margins, or transit latency spikes. Enterprises accept the computational hardware "as verified" by the Blue Grid Technologies engineering array prior to pipeline injection.

5. Contractual Updates

The routing blueprints, peering regulations, and compliance mandates overseen by Blue Grid Technologies are subject to dynamic updates without prior synchronization.
